    Full-Time Salary Offered:

    3L-4.8L per annumInternship Stipend:
    5k-10k per month | 2 months

    AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

    Responsibilities:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, focusing on creating valuable partnerships.
    Engage directly with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers to understand their needs and pitch relevant media production solutions.
    Prepare and present customized proposals and plans that meet client objectives.

    Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.

    Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure proposed projects are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
    Attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build and maintain professional relationships.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels.
    Demonstrated ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
    Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions that meet client needs.
    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
