Responsibilities:


  • Manage the backend operations of ticket booking platform
  • Handle inbound ticket booking requests from customers
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot, modify, and/or cancel bookings as needed.
  • Ensure highquality interactions with customers promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot problems and create rapid resolution
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer database software
  • Comfortable and proficient in using a variety of computer software
  • Exceptional problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt to new or changing situations quickly.
