About the role

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all overseas transactions
Ensure timely accounting of revenue invoices and unbilled revenue/revenue accrual
Schedule customer refunds, collect payments from customers, and streamline processes for customer revenue, refunds, and collections.
Monitor aged receivables and customer advances & communicate the discrepancies to the management promptly
Accurate reporting and analysis of revenue, customer receivables & advances
Ensuring ensuring prompt response to customer queries and their resolution
