Our journey

About the role

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all overseas transactions
  • Ensure timely accounting of revenue invoices and unbilled revenue/revenue accrual
  • Schedule customer refunds, collect payments from customers, and streamline processes for customer revenue, refunds, and collections.
  • Monitor aged receivables and customer advances & communicate the discrepancies to the management promptly
  • Accurate reporting and analysis of revenue, customer receivables & advances
  • Ensuring ensuring prompt response to customer queries and their resolution
