Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Aggressiveness in Follow ups with Customer.
- Should be able to handle different processes in one time.
- Comprehensible English and good communication skills along with good Computer skills
- Positive Attitude
- Flexible working hours and Hard working
- Interested to work further in Logistics coordination for an International Trading Company
- 100 % concentration level
- Alertness, Zero Error Accuracy and eye for detail.
- Team player & good command over English
- Good command over MS Office would be an added advantage.
