Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling appointments for inperson consultations with clients, where necessary
  • Conducting visa interviews with clients and verifying their eligibility for a visa
  • Keeping uptodate with the latest immigration laws and regulations for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate client records in our database
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team targets and objectives
  • Generating leads for potential new clients through various marketing channels
  • Participating in training sessions and other professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
