Job Responsibilitie

  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and aspirations.
  • Provide information on visa processes, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Manage and maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular followups.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Identify upselling or crossselling opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in immigration counseling and telecalling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This job can be widely searched as student counsellor, education counsellor ,immigration counsellor, visa counsellor.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
