We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Fresher Telecaller to join our esteemed visa firm, Flytouch Overseas.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with visa inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and assist them with visarelated information.
  • Respond to inbound calls promptly and address clients' queries regarding visa procedures, requirements, and services we offer.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and update call logs.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strive to achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to visarelated processes and policies.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
