    What this job involves:
     Develop collaterals, high quality information memorandums, pitch books etc
     Spearhead excel-based financial modelling & valuation analysis.
     End to end execution of debt, equity and other capital markets transactions.
     Understand local development control norms and regulations
     Financial Modelling & Analytics
     Manage transaction timelines to meet client objectives
     Support business development through market research and outreach

     2-4 years of experience
