Role Summary: - To provide issuance support to the branch, prepare various MIS and reports for the stakeholder and address queries pertaining to Agent/Leader licensing and R&R.

D Key Result Areas* - Tracks Branch performance and provide MIS to stakeholders.
- Design and circulate local MIS as per ADOA requirement
- Follow up on policy Issuance to maximize submission to issuance ratio
- Follow with sales and operations for resolving the pending raised by Underwriting team
- To attend and address queries on Agent/ Leader licensing within agreed TAT
- To attend and address R&R queries within agreed TAT
