JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt. Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

As a Field Executive, you will be the face of our company, promoting our projector products across the Bangalore region.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement. A valid motorcycle license and access to a bike are essential for this position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase awareness and sales of our projector products in Bangalore.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations at customer locations to highlight the features and benefits of our projectors.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences, contributing to sales strategy refinement.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government organizations.
  • Provide personalized support throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to postsale support.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on their experiences, using insights to enhance customer relationships.

CHANNEL PARTNER COLLABORATION:

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, such as distributors and resellers, to support sales efforts and maintain product availability and delivery consistency.
  • Assist channel partners with joint sales activities and training sessions, fostering product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Encourage channel partners to collect customer feedback, facilitating continuous improvement efforts.

FEEDBACK COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS:

  • Establish effective feedback collection processes, utilizing surveys, interviews, and direct communication channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for product and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development and customer support, to address customer feedback and drive product improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the audiovisual or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset, committed to exceeding sales targets.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle license and access to a bike for travel within Bangalore.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and occasionally outside the region as required.

Pay:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
