Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead sales initiatives targeting nearby construction projects, promoting cuttingedge smart home devices such as lighting systems, thermostats, and security solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and integrate valuable customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve predefined sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales territories and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
