Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead sales initiatives targeting nearby construction projects, promoting cuttingedge smart home devices such as lighting systems, thermostats, and security solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and integrate valuable customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieve predefined sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales territories and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
