Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of machine operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet company requirements and optimise machine utilization.
Monitor and maintain quality standards to ensure that products meet or exceed specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functionality.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and implement measures to increase efficiency.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials and tooling.
Prepare reports and analyse production data to track performance metrics and make datadriven decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a machine shop environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of machining processes, including milling, turning, grinding, and CNC programming.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and ERP systems is preferred.
Certification in machining or manufacturing management is a plus.

Pay:
₹15, ₹28,750.07 per month
