Sales Telecaller

Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years
Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.
