Customer Service Executive for Order Tracking

IMMEDIATE JOINERS

  • Work from Office
  • Night Shift
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Quick training will be provided on systems as necessary

Responsibilities:


  • Execute the order life cycle (quoting, processing and billing)
  • Providing support to the account team.
  • Meet requirements and deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • This function is the main administrative support role for sales and clients.
  • Ensure all client data is accurate for reporting, order and billing processing.
  • Utilizes communication and coordination skills to promote teamwork.

Requirements:


  • Any Graduate with good MS Excel and Good English
  • Experience in eCommerce preferred
  • Understanding of multinational operations
  • Superior customer service and organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift
