Customer Service Executive for Order Tracking
IMMEDIATE JOINERS
- Work from Office
- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday.
- Quick training will be provided on systems as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Execute the order life cycle (quoting, processing and billing)
- Providing support to the account team.
- Meet requirements and deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This function is the main administrative support role for sales and clients.
- Ensure all client data is accurate for reporting, order and billing processing.
- Utilizes communication and coordination skills to promote teamwork.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with good MS Excel and Good English
- Experience in eCommerce preferred
- Understanding of multinational operations
- Superior customer service and organizational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
