    Description

    The Global S&D arm of Gartner is currently seeking talented people to join its Service & Delivery and Sales team in India. As a member of this Operations team, you will have an opportunity to work on key global programs aimed at driving new guided business and service productivity across Gartner.

    As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to support driving strong new business impact in partnership with Gartner's Services Delivery and Sales BUs.

    The primary responsibility of the role is to support Gartner's Global Services & Delivery and Sales teams with the timely processing of Proof of Concept (POC) requests associated. Timely POC processing supports our goal of completing POCs quickly to drive New Business for Gartner through our products supported by Executive Partners: former C-Suite Leaders.

    What you'll do:

  • In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work directly with Gartner's Service delivery, Sales and R&A groups with the central goal of driving Guided New business through various programs including list management, aligning the correct service delivery partner to the prospect and other team/ prospect outreach initiatives
  • Monitor assigned email box and promptly processing emails into the CRM database during working hours.
  • Edit POC Requests in Gartner's CRM system against daily requests received via email exchange with the internal stakeholders (TAT of 24 hours to be maintained)
  • Maintain and update the POC request tracker for operational view on the requests
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • With stakeholders, identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and improved Services Delivery experiences
  • Act swiftly when a received email requires action whether it is taking the action or flagging it to the leadership for timely action
  • Actively monitor the request queue and promptly route requests during shifts
  • Create validation trackers in google sheets/ excel, incorporating prospect details and inputs required by the Services delivery and sales associates for scheduling
  • Continuously improve quality of processes & deliverables by establishing the right tracking mechanism
  • Collaborate with internal teams and drive prospect scheduling to secure calls with all clients at right time before the Gartner event and help problem solve to increase the new guided business growth
  • Own stakeholder management, relationship building with team members and with cross-functional units
  • Implement and replicate process optimization initiatives with support from senior members in the team
  • Stakeholder management and reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance of the initiatives for internal and external stakeholder consumption
  • What you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, process management, multi-team coordination management
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with an ability to convey insights in a group meeting
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Comfortable understanding data and working with large data points
