As part of our Sales team, you contribute day in and day out to our Sales pipeline and help accelerate opportunities by shape our growth strategy and work cross-functionally day-to-day to drive SaaS revenue aimed at attaining or eclipsing overall company targets.

YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS:


  • Lead the solution design (technical, analytical and functional) for our software implementation projects
  • Act as a liaison between project management, data science and product teams to effectively translate business and technical nittygritty across the board
  • Collaboratively work with diverse group of data scientists, analytics consultants, business consultants and data engineers to drive successful project implementations
  • Design and own the implementation plan for project execution. Own design of analytics required for problem solving
  • Provide technical leadership during project scoping, user stories formulation, Proof of concepts development and importantly project execution
  • Provide domain knowledge and functional leadership to data engineers and data scientists for effective technical solution development
  • Run project scrums to ensure user stories are effectively translated to the project teams
  • Conduct thorough reviews of the software solutions developed to ensure user expectations are met

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Supply chain analytics and solutions lead with a strong mix of technical and functional skills to lead large scale client engagements solving complex supply chain problems
  • Design thinker at heart, having a knack for solutioning high impact business problems in the areas of demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, order fulfilment, supply planning optimization, SRM and other key supply chain functional areas
  • Understands the system architecture principles, the latest technology stack and trends from execution to business intelligence including master data management within the domain of supply chain management
  • Has the mindset to design scalable, modular and performance optimized software solutions pivoted on user experience
  • Mathematical and algorithmic thinker with ability to formulate actionable recommendations through data driven insight mining
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with ability to quickly identify root causes and unitary problems, knows the art of prioritization and sequentialization
  • A selfstarter and continuous learner who takes full ownership of endtoend solution implementation
  • An efficient articulator with vertically integrated communication style and ability to cater to information needs of all types of users (operational, tactical, and executive)
  • Great stakeholder management abilities to work with product, client, technical and internal executives to deliver paramount client experience

Professional experience and technical skills

  • 7+ years of core analytics experience with at least 3+ years of experience in leading supply chain analytics engagements for large scale clients from NA, EU regions
  • Executed the role of solution architect for larger companies and with international teams
  • Supply chain domain knowledge in the areas of demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, SRM, fulfilment and other key functions
  • Strong visualization and story boarding skills. Ability to mine insightful findings from data to tell compelling business stories
  • Expertise working with leading business intelligence software like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau. Expertise in data modelling required for insight generation
  • Expertise in designing data engineering pipelines to transform the raw data into consumption ready analytics data models
  • Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL. Knowledge of azure data engineering services like Azure Databricks, Azure SQL etc.
  • Knowledge of supply chain data systems and software like SAP ERP, SAP HANA, SAP BW, internal lake houses built on snowflake, data bricks etc.
  • Proven track record of employing advanced analytics methodologies and innovative analytics frameworks to solve supply chain problems
  • Expertise in directly handling executive clients, together shaping the business problems while providing thought leadership in solution design
  • Experience implementing agile project management methodologies like SCRUM principles using Azure DevOps, Jira etc.
