YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Social Media, Motion, and Visual Design Specialist to join our innovative team.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging design to solve problems and is eager to engage in diverse design projects across different platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually captivating and effective social media graphics along with other visual design components.
  • Undertake video projects from inception to finalization, ensuring they are in sync with our brand identity.
  • Edit video content by incorporating motion graphics and ensuring the audiovisual quality is topnotch.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to grasp the diverse needs of projects and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Efficiently respond to design modifications and feedback from various team members.
  • Proactively explore and adopt new design techniques and tools to improve project results.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Main focus on
    Social Media Campaigns and
    Motion Graphics:
  • Relevant working experience of 2-5 years
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining design concepts and rationales clearly.
  • Detailoriented with a strong commitment to design quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting, managing several projects at once.
