In this role you will:

Assist the travel team for expense coding on SAP Concur.
Assist the travel team for bookings when required.
Assist the operations team for ISO / Compliance / Process flowcharts requirements.
Prepare Adhoc reports in Excel for travels / expense management.
Any additional administration activities as identified by the operations team.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have a degree in Business or related discipline with 1-2 years similar work experience.
Hold strong verbal and written communication skills
Have the ability to communicate with senior managers and key stakeholders.
Hold excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
Experienced in Microsoft Office products with good command in Excel formulae, graphs, and calculations
Experienced in Microsoft Visio for preparing processes.
Experienced in SharePoint for maintaining document folders with versions and revisions.
Enjoy partnering with teams to understand business needs, manage multiple stakeholder requirements, and set expectations.
