In this role you will:

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, specifically the CPQ module and Sales Cloud, ensuring its optimal performance and usability.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's needs, through declarative tools such as flows and process builders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures
Stay up to date on Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform
Be the content expert by providing coaching and training for Salesforce users via onetoone, group and remote sessions, ensuring training documentation and content is refreshed on an ongoing basis

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities via 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, as well as demonstrated experience in advanced configuration and customization to meet the needs of an organization.
Have a solid technical background and extensive experience working with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ Specialist Certified are preferred
Ideally have experience troubleshooting Visualforce and Apex code
Ideally have experience working for a Salesforce partner/consultancy
Have strong problemsolving skills and a commercial mentality to create balanced solutions and recommendations
Are an excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to lead work independently and run multiple projects simultaneously
