Description

As a Garment Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the sampling of the product from start to finish.

You will work closely with designers and the production teams of European and American companies to ensure that the garments meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience of 710 years in garment merchandising
Strong understanding of têxtiles, garment construction, and production processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with workers, patterns masters, designers and other stakeholders involved
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus

Salary:
₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
