ERP Coordinator - Garments Industry


As an ERP Coordinator at Ragnik Exports, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and utilisation of our ERP software solutions, specifically Blue Kaktus, to optimise our operations.

You will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, inventory management, sales, and finance, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement, configure, and maintain the Blue Kaktus to align with the company's requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather user requirements, provide system training, and offer technical support as needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Generate insightful reports and analytics from ERP data to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and ERP system advancements to recommend improvements and optimisations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) working with ERP systems, particularly Blue Kaktus or WFX.
  • Indepth knowledge of garment production processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve ERPrelated issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
