Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Tele callers to join our team.
As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or leads with the goal of promoting our products or services and generating sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
Explain the product or service to prospects and answer their questions.
Identify and generate sales leads or set appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
Follow up with leads or customers as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or appointment targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Good computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques.
Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Salary:
₹8, ₹26,664.24 per month
