    Alliances/Partnerships Manager

    We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Alliances/Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing strategic partnerships with both established industry leaders and innovative start-ups. Your main focus will be on driving revenue growth through these partnerships while also ensuring the success of existing collaborations.

    Key Result Areas (KRAs)

    • Conceptualize, execute, and develop strategic alliances with established leaders and leading-edge start-ups
    • Own the alliance marketing P&L to drive revenue growth through new and existing partnerships
    • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management
    • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances for mutual benefit
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify partnership opportunities
    • Track and report on the performance and ROI of alliances

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in executive alliance or partnership roles
    • Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to network effectively and build constructive relationships
    • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
    • Experience in managing sales through partnerships and alliances is a must
