JOB SUMMARY

  • Video-KYC client management
  • To handle client calls for Video KYC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service

  • Handle customer calls and address issues efficiently and effectively with an end to end resolution as required.
  • To attend and complete the stipulated calls as per defined guidelines
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within the laid down productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Stay updated on all processes and communication required to perform the given role accurately
  • Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely completion and submission of KYC details

Business

  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
  • Sign up customers for value added services and digital education (if applicable)
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer requirements (if applicable)

Processes

  • Manage client expectations and minimise escalations
  • Ability to identify potential disputes/frauds/escalation/specific trends/process gaps noticed while handling of cases and highlight to the management

Risk Management

  • Adherence to RBI and Group guidelines. To understand and follow the DOI as per the prescribed procedures
  • Accurately following laid down KYC protocol
  • Notify any specific trends noticed while handling of cases, or process Gaps to the immediate supervisor.
  • Adherence to Information accuracy and quality process norms.
