    Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant Job Location : Bengaluru Exp Range : 4-15 years Job Role : We are looking for Oracle HCM fusion Implementation Consultants who has prior experience in handling atleast 2-3 end to end implementations.

    ( Payroll / Compensation / Benefits modules )Looking for an experienced HCM consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

    An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

    Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

    As a HCM Consultant you will:

    • Innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods
    • Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with Fusion Releases by developing expertise on new features What You'll Bring Your eternal curiosity and impressive problem-solving ability will help us reimagine the future of technology.

    You'll use this to help customers achieve real-world success with our products.


    We also look for:

    • 5+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications with recent 5+ years of Consulting Experience of implementing Oracle Cloud – Fusion Apps and at least 3 end-to-end implementation engagements
    • Good understanding of HCM Business Processes and industry best practices
    • Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications Qualifications :5-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred.
    Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

    Broad product, technology or industry expertise.

    Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.

    In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.

    Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.

    Ability to travel as needed.
