Job Title:
Operations Executive (Female)


Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female professional to join our team as an Operations Executive.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize our operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Export-Import (EXIM) Operations:


  • Manage endtoend import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, sanctions, and customs procedures.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
  • Resolve any issues related to import/export documentation, shipping delays, or customs inspections.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Data Management:


  • Manage data entry and maintenance of records in internal databases or systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decisionmaking.

Customer Service:


  • Provide support to customers or clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our products or services.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
