Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for
Sales and Marketing Executive at Rednirus Digital Media:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Share insights and learnings with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
