Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) forSales and Marketing Executive at Rednirus Digital Media:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Share insights and learnings with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
