    Requirements

    WhoWere LookingFor:

    • Proventrack record of success as a WFM professional with a minimum of 5years ofexperience.
    • Minimum2 years of experience in a team management role within OperationsPlanning or WorkforceManagement.
    • Indepthknowledge of WFM principles forecasting methodologies andscheduling optimizationtechniques.
    • Stronganalytical skills with proficiency in WFM software tools (e.g. BluePrismTeleopti).
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith crossfunctionalteams.
    • Demonstratedleadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide yourteam.
    • Flexibilityto work rotational UK Shifts (5 days window starts from 1.00pm to2.00am).
