    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., online job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions.
    • Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles within the IT department.
    • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
    • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback while keeping them engaged and informed.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our organization as an employer of choice within the IT sector.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
    • Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, retention rates) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and skill sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
    • Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, Recruiter, and passive candidate outreach strategies.
