    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, including mass hiring.

    The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical roles, as well as managing the recruitment process for a high volume of positions.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical job requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.


    Responsibilities:
    Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media, and other channels.
    Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles.
    Conduct interviews using a combination of methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
    Build and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
    Participate in tech conferences and meetups with IT professionals to network and promote our brand.
    Stay up-to-date with technological trends and products to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.
    Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
    Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates to promote current job openings.
    Onboard new hires and promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
    Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.


    Requirements and Skills:
    Bachelor's & Master's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.
    2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
    Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone, video calls, and structured interviews.
    Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain

    job requirements for IT roles especially, AI/ML roles.
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
    Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficient in using MS Excel.


    Preferred Skills:
    Experience in handling AI/ML roles.
    Experience in mass technical hiring.
    Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment portals to source quality candidates.
    Experience in handling multiple jobs at a time.
