    Description
    1.TALENTSOURCING
    • Identifyand attract top technical talent through various channels such asjob boards social media referrals networking and other innovativesourcing methods.
    • Buildand maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for currentand future hiring needs.

    2.CANDIDATE SCREENING &EVALUATION
    • Reviewresumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications andmatch them with job requirements.
    • Conductinitial phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skillsexperience cultural fit and career aspirations.
    • Administertechnical assessments or tests to assess candidates skills andabilities.

    3.COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION
    • Serveas the primary point of contact for candidates throughout therecruitment process providing timely updates and feedback.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Communicateeffectively with internal stakeholders including hiring managers HRpartners and other team members to understand hiring needs andpriorities.

    4.EMPLOYER BRANDING & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
    • Representthe organization positively to candidates promoting the companysculture values and opportunities for growth.
    • Ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processfrom initial contact to onboarding to enhance the employer brandand attract top talent.
    • Solicitfeedback from candidates to improve the recruitment processcontinually and candidate experience.

    5.METRICS & REPORTING
    • Trackand analyse recruitment metrics such astimetofillcostperhire source effectiveness and candidate quality.
    • Prepareregular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitmentperformance and trends.
    • Usedatadriven approaches to optimize recruitment strategies andimprove hiringoutcomes.


    Requirements

    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office.

    • Mustbe responsible for the hiring of contractual noncontractualfreelancers trainers IT & NonITprofiles.
