    The HR Services (HRS) team plays a vital role in the HR Function, providing a range of human resources (HR) shared services to Honeywell employees and stakeholders worldwide.

    This position is part of the prominent Digital HR Technology team, offering self-service options for employees and managing HR Service Delivery.

    You will drive change and take charge of prioritizing requests using Agile methodology, as well as managing stakeholder relationships for the implementation of tech solutions. Your proficiency in Service-Now and HR processes will guarantee a smooth user experience and efficient HR service delivery.

    In this position, you will make a difference by optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee self-service features, and elevating the overall HR journey for our staff.


    Key responsibilities:
    • Act as a crucial point of contact between IT technical teams and functional areas related to HR Solutions (ServiceNow, Oracle HCM)
    • Customize and configure the Service-Now HR portal to align with the needs of the HR team and employees
    • Work collaboratively with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions
    • Develop and manage HR workflows, forms, and knowledge articles within the portal
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR portal
    • Offer technical assistance and issue resolution for HR portal users
    • Keep abreast of Service-Now platform updates and industry best practices
    • Conduct initial troubleshooting analysis for HR systems
    • Regularly audit data to identify integrity issues and opportunities for process enhancements
    • Create and adjust dashboards and reports
    • Update all training materials
    • Lead testing activities with customers and regional business analysts for all sprint releases
    • Generate ad-hoc reports and conduct data analysis

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related abilities)
    • 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing the Service-Now platform, particularly the HR module
    • Solid understanding of HR processes and industry best practices
    • Proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
    • Strong business analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
