Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Should have thoroughly knowledge of SAP quality module/Power user.
Must organize for testing, inspection and control of all incoming, in process finished products so as to ensure consistent quality products.
Knowledge about shift operation, limestone pile formation, fine coal raw mix controlling and manpower management.
Good knowledge about chemical and physical testing as per IS 4031 & 4032.
X-Ray, XRD, Bomb calorimeter and PSD operation.
BIS and ISO documentation.
HDPE Bag testing.
Implementation of Quality Management System
Fuel and AFR testing and utilization of maximum AFR.

Safety Implementation:

Organize & coordinate with Section Heads and monitor Implementation of safety practices in the Unit to achieve zero Accident target.

Implementation of WCM system.

Qualification:

MSc /BSc

Experience:

3-10 Years

Nature of Experience:
Cement quality and raw material handling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Science,Master Of Science

Minimum Experience Level:

3-10 Years
