Internship Stipend:5k-10k per month | 2 months


Responsibilities:


  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Monitor the company's online presence across different platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and news websites.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies related to marketing operations and ORM.
  • Identify and address any negative feedback or complaints, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Help create and implement strategies to enhance the company's online reputation, including generating positive reviews, testimonials, and usergenerated content.

Skills:


  • Experience in account management, preferably within a media production house or similar setting.
  • Deep understanding of the media production process and client service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of handling negotiations and presentations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple media projects with attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on problemsolving and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal abilities, suited for team environments.

Pay:
Up to ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
