Role :
Actively participate in software configuration and testing projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation phases.

This is a hands-on techno functional role that will engage with cross-functional business and technology team members through the project lifecycle, developing, configuring, and documenting business requirements to be used by the software development/delivery teams as well as the basis for test cases utilized for QA to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements.

The Sr. Business Analyst takes ownership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

Develop healthcare knowledge and a deep understanding of the product
Analyse, configure, and resolve product configuration issues in a timely and systematic manner – Primary responsibility.
Assist the Product Solution Lead/ Manager in driving the implementation
Guide and mentor Jr. BA in the team and drive their deliverables
Understand and analyse client requirement, and translate the requirements into a functional solution and configure the solution in the product
Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and manage expectations
Participate in full life cycle of design, development, and testing phases
Identify issues, structure, and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance.
Work with technical team on user stories as needed.
Answer business questions and concerns raised by client, as needed.
Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements
Participate in project planning, tracking and sprint ceremonies

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles Engineering or Management degree is desirable Experience with working with a client directly Experience with SDLC methodologies Experience working on userstory creation and defect tracking tools (IBM, JIRA, Azure etc.) Experience in configuration/implementation of BPM or document management tools

would be a plus

Proficient with MS office
Quick learner and self motivated
Strong logic building and application skills. Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
Strong verbal, written communication, and active listening skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines under pressure situations
Ability to solve problems independently and provide guidance to the team members
A zeal to learn, apply learning to new situations and
Ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders
Any experience with US healthcare industry – basic knowledge works too.
