    JR53173 FA Lab Manager

    Job Description This role is within Package and Development Engineering (PDE) group of Micron. This is a global department with teams located in USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and India. As a PDPE (Package Device Product Engineer) in PDE at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be involved in developing internal and external FA capabilities to support the company as well as updating and aligning FA knowledge within the company related to DRAM, NAND or MNAND & HBM products. In this role, you will work with various TD & NPI (new product introduction) and Manufacturing groups to ensure the projects milestones are achieved.

    Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Managing a team of technicians, engineers, and analysts, coordinating workflow.
  • Ensuring equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Developing and implementing testing protocols, analyzing failure data
  • Liaising with other departments or external partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Additionally, they may be involved in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to support the organization's objectives

    • Requirements (Must Have)

  • Strong semiconductor failure analysis experience
  • FA technique knowledge including bench test, package decap, 3D XRAY, SEM, CSAM, FIB etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage a team of technicians and engineers.
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related semiconductor fields
