JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE:

Amiure International Pvt Ltd is a web designing company that deals with rail recipe all across the networks in India and is an authorised partner with IRCTC.
Minimum Qualification

  • FRESHER Considered(Both males and females)
Any Graduate batch considered)

Shift-Evening

  • 1.30pm to 10.30pm for boys

Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive:

  • To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation
  • To process orders in a mannered way
  • To coordinate with the vendors and marketing team
  • Responsible for complete customer support
  • To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order
  • To manage complaints of individual customers
  • To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews
  • To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints
  • Maintain relationship with key operations vendors
  • To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹13,000.00 per month
