    We are currently seeking a Pune Plant HR Leader to join our Pune Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and processes for our manufacturing facility in Pune. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to deliver HR services, focusing on staffing, talent management, organizational development, internal communication, budgeting, and compliance management for both on and off-roll employees (~485 HC).

    SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Aligning HR principles with business objectives to enhance organizational performance.
    • Building a high-performing workforce by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
    • Leading workforce planning activities and driving staffing processes to ensure a competitive workforce.
    • Designing efficient organization structures and driving succession planning for key roles.
    • Implementing learning and talent development initiatives at the plant level.
    • Driving employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with plant leadership.
    • Enhancing HR practices and processes to improve overall performance and employee experience.
    • Managing performance appraisal and compensation planning processes effectively.
    • Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures while ensuring employee access to relevant information.
    • Organizing employee events and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Supporting communication initiatives and ensuring compliance with global standards.
    • Advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the plant and national levels.
    • Maintaining positive labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
    • Leading and coaching the plant HR team to drive performance and growth.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

    • A master's degree in human resources management & labor relations.
    • Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in labor laws and their practical application in plant operations.
    • Strong communication skills with a global mindset and multicultural proficiency.
    • Ability to work in a complex organizational structure and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • This position is located at our Pune Plant in Hinjewadi, Phase III.
    • We are open to considering candidates willing to relocate to Pune from other cities in India.
