**Licensing Processes

  • Overall knowledge of Licensing Processes.
  • URN Generation, Document Quality Check
  • Exam Processing knowledge on III Portal
  • Coding Process on IRDAI Portal
  • Coordination within internal team & support staff
  • Coordination with NSEIT for examinations & Mega / Special Drives
  • Coordination with III & IRDAI teams for resolution of technical issue
  • Manage escalations routed through the hierarchy, pertaining to channel
**Query Management / CRM

  • Oversee / Resolve Queries on Distributor Care ID and CRM.
  • Resolution of Queries within agreed TAT.
  • MIS on Queries and TAT
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.
**FTR Drive / MIS / IRDA Reporting

  • Sharing qualitative MIS with operations and Sales.
  • Calling and driving teams to pendency in Licensing and Leader Coding Process. and Handling CRM Service Requests.
  • Manage Promotions, Demotions, CMC & regulatory reports.
**Projects / Audits

  • Working on projects within departments.
  • Manage CR / UAT along with BSG team.
  • Track and ensure Projects are delivered within agreed timelines along with BSG.
  • Closely work with compliance and audit teams on various process related queries raise with proper resolutions.
