Job Description

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting WAN, LAN, WLAN, and VoIP networks is required.

Network Technologies and skills must include experience and knowledge of: Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), TCP/IP, Redundant Gateway Protocols (HSRP, VRRP), L2 technologies and protocols (VLANS, STP, ARP, LACP).

Working knowledge of Firewalls and related technologies/operations is required.

Working knowledge and experience with network security standards and best practices is required.

Knowledge in Cyber securty and cloud networking

Experience in Solarwinds monitoring tool,Networking - Cisco Swithes, Cisco ASA's, Sonic FW, Fortigate firewalls,Oracle SD-WAN, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Understanding of VMware

Experience in creating / updating documentation and diagrams is required.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting network equipment in harsh environments, such as extreme temperatures (high and low) and high humidity, dust and dirty environments is a plus.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Cisco network switches is required.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls is required. Experience with other brands like Sonicwall, Juniper or Cisco is a plus.

Experience with Fortinet FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer is preferred.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Meraki wireless APs is required.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Cisco controller based wireless APs is preferred.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting telephony systems, such as Cisco and Avaya VoIP systems is required.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting RADIUS (windows NPS) is required.

Understanding of Microsoft AD is as it pertains to security groups, authentication and LDAP is required.

Understanding of network monitoring tools and usage is required, knowledge of Auvik is preferred.

Experience with incident detection and response tools, like Rapid 7 is preferred.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting SD-WAN technology is required. Knowledge of FortiGate SD-WAN is required.

Experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting SSL VPN and IPsec VPN technologies is required.
