Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead generation activities.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Pitches:
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage potential customers to purchase products or services.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up calls.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Objection Handling:
Address customer concerns and objections effectively to overcome resistance and close sales.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and challenges to the sales manager.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
