Description

The Engagement Controller I position in Oracle Cerner will help fulfill project management tasks and responsibilities for client-related work within the CommunityWorks model.

Tasks would include, but aren't limited to, financial management of in-flight and live projects, ensuring project number assignments are accurate and completed promptly, and various supplemental one-time tasks.

All work would directly impact the ability of associates to forecast and log time correctly, increase associate and client satisfaction, and improve turnaround times.

This person will be managing multiple projects at once and be in communication with associates from all parts of the business in addition to many of our customers.

Working Environment:

Onsite: No Relocation Assistance OfferedThis position offers an Onsite working environment. Meaning you will primarily work in a Cerner office or client site. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience
At least 1 year in Program Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Skills: organization, communication, detailoriented, problem solving; experience in Cerner

Expectations:

Working hours: overlap with US hours (4: PM to 1: AM IST)
