Summary / Objective

An NPD-Research Trainee needs a Strong grasp of fundamental laboratory techniques and familiarity with more advanced techniques and methodologies the incumbent should be able to perform basic laboratory/NPD Labs to be referred to operational machine manuals from time to time, depending upon the requirement and nature of the job.

What you'll be doing

Conduct literature reviews.
Provide ready access to all the experimental data for the superior.
Conduct physical, chemical & biological analysis of the projectrelated products.
Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests.
Summaries project results.
Present study reports.
Maintain the lab clean & neat.

Work Location

Corporate Office/Plant Lab/ Owned/Leased Manufacturing Plant.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a fulltime position. The regular working hours are from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm. Second (2nd) & Fourth (4th) Saturdays shall be off.

Travel

Must be willing to travel as per requirement.

Required Education and Experience

Qualification: B. Sc in Food Technology, M. Sc (Science)
Food Technology
Experience: 0 6 years
A fair understanding of the latest food rules & regulations, FSSAI standards.
