What you'll be doing:
- As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you lead the Engineering, Product and Design teams, ensuring our product vision, and technical implementation. We have been working on this product suite for more than one year and we already have multiple customers for the product.
You partner closely with the CEO and the executive team to drive organizational alignment, empowering cross functional teams to continue building the ecosystem.
Technology:
- Lead our present development team project manager, product analyst, team leads, designers, front end and back end developers, and quality analysts
- Provide expert strategy on the way forward for AllRide's technology products
- Build new features and outputs for the AllRide Platform
- Expand and modify existing outputs to maximize value for clients.
- Lead API data integrations with partner tools
- Assist in mobile app conceptualization, design, and execution
- Work with the customers
- SMEs and Enterprises to come up with efficient solutions

Requirements:
- We are looking for a technical leader who has a deep computer science and software engineering background. You have spent time building and scaling software at techfocused companies, where you are seen as the goto technical leader by your peers. You enjoy building and shipping bestinclass software that solves important problems for your customers.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership position, building and leading strong engineering teams
- Strong softwareoriented background/acumen, preferably with specific SaaS experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience
- Good to have knowledge of the following tech stack: PHP, Laravel, AWS, SQL, Flutter, Angular, CI/CD, Map technologies, IoT/AI
- Experience in hiring
- Experience with building and launching high quality products from ideation to iteration
- Proficient in UX/UI development as well as backend development
- Highlevel understanding of mobile app development and integration with the Platform to deliver exciting and useful outputs to subscribers
