Inside Sales Executive
Location:
Noida
Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads over the phone
Pitch and collect relevant information to qualify the lead
Understand your customers' needs and have empathy with their problems
Pitch how our solutions align with their pain points by acting as a consultant
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
Close sales deals and achieve your monthly targets
Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes
Manage follow-ups and customer satisfaction with urgency.
Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per month
