Job description
Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Maintain and coordinate the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Ensure meeting rooms are set up and logistics are in order.
Document Management:
Manage and maintain important documents, reports, and files, both in physical and digital formats. Ensure confidentiality and accessibility when needed.
Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the Managing Director, and ensure travel expenses are recorded and reimbursed appropriately.
Office Management:
Oversee the Managing Director's office space, ensuring it is organized and well-maintained. Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
Special Projects:
Assist with ad-hoc projects, research, and presentations as requested by the Managing Director.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Salary:
₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
