Job Title:
Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical & HVAC)

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repair of electrical and HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with electrical and HVAC systems

Install, repair, and maintain electrical and HVAC systems

Respond to emergency calls and perform necessary repairs

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes

Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Participate in training and development opportunities as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electrical or HVAC systems is preferred

3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and HVAC systems

Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
