Working Hours: 6 Days in a week and Every Second Saturday Would be a holiday


Job Description:


  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding technical issues with [Products/Services].
  • Provide stepbystep guidance to customers for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Diagnose software, hardware, and networkrelated issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Document each customer interaction, including details of the problem and the provided solution, in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patient and customeroriented approach to problemsolving.

Salary:
₹8, ₹13,000.00 per month
