Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding technical issues with [Products/Services].
- Provide stepbystep guidance to customers for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Diagnose software, hardware, and networkrelated issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Document each customer interaction, including details of the problem and the provided solution, in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patient and customeroriented approach to problemsolving.

Salary:
₹8, ₹13,000.00 per month
