Description

General Administrative Support:


  • Provide daytoday administrative support to departments as needed.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Data Entry and Documentation:


  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other company systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Scheduling and Coordination:


  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics for events.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members as needed.

Office Supplies and Equipment:


  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

Visitor Management:


  • Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage the signin process and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.

Communication Liaison:


  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and information flow.
  • Assist in the dissemination of companywide announcements and updates.

Expense Reporting:


  • Assist employees in preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Verify receipts and documentation for accuracy.
