    About PeppermintRoboticsPeppermintis a robotics company based out of Pune (INDIA). Started in 2019 inSINE IIT Bombay Peppermint Robotics has grown into a leader incommercial cleaning robots and has its operations across 5countries. Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its officesin Pune Dubai and Austin (TX USA) and is looking to add leaders andvisionaries to its HQ team at Pune(INDIA)
    OverviewWeare seeking a Sr. Manager to manage our HR functions specificallyleading our Recruitment and Operations. This role seeksexperience in Technical Recruitmen Operations Orgplanning Budgeting and Operations. We look for the right intentfocus to develop peakperformance team across functions atPeppermint.

    WhatThe Work LooksLike:
    • Design andimplement overall HR recruitment and operations roadmap executionand workflows
    • Recruiting strategy withbudgeting
    • Developing and execution of hiringfunnel across Job Portals / Platforms / Hiring Agencies to host jobopenings and the technical requirements for the openroles
    • Develop HR operations workflows andmanage compliance via existing HR advisor /consultants
    • Lead internal HR vision and setculture and valuesystem goals
    • Act as a point ofcontact and build internal and external employer brandinginitiatives
    • Develop a robust HR team atPeppermint and lead theteam

    Qualifications& Skills
    • 57years in HR recruitment and operations. Technical recruitingexperience is highly valued.
    • Education :Bachelor s/Master s Degree in HR.
    • Provenexperience as a Recruiter with HR Operationsexposure/
    • Hands on experience with teams of thesize
    • Excellent interpersonal andarticulation skills.
    • Ability to communicateeffectively with cross borderteams.
